Why Cabinet Happy
Every Cabinet, Made by Hand
We design, build, and install everything ourselves out of our Azusa shop — no middlemen, no mass production, no shortcuts.

Quality Materials
We use CARB-compliant panels and can source FSC-certified, no-added-formaldehyde (NAUF), and low-VOC materials on request — just ask.
Personal Attention
We only take a few projects at a time so we're always available for the work we have. We'll hold your hand through the entire process — no question is too small.
We're There for You
We know remodeling can be frightening. Our job is to make it less painful — and we work hard to make sure you're happy with the result.
Our Story
A Family Shop,
Built on Craft
Cabinet Happy started in 2003 with a simple goal: give clients a more personal experience than the "Big Guys" ever could. Today it's a family operation — run by Larry and his sons — and that same personal approach is still how we do every single job.
We only take on a few projects at a time, which means the project we're on with you gets our full attention. We'll be there to answer every question, no matter how small, and walk you through the entire process from design to final install.
And even though it might look like we only do kitchens — we do so much more. Check out our photos and see for yourself.

"I can't say enough great things about Larry. The cabinets he made for our house are stunning!! We ordered a bathroom vanity made of walnut as well as bar. The craftsmanship is impeccable, the price beyond fair. Highly recommend."
"Cabinet Happy is one of those companies that is really on it. After a couple of hiccups in the remodel process, I wanted to get my cabinets installed by real pros and that's exactly what I found in CH. The response time was quick and Larry and Juan came prepared and did a professional and clean job. Rarely does it happen that you contract work to be done and it goes seemlesly, this is one of those times. Don't hesitate to call CH!"

Privacy Policy
Effective October 2, 2026
This Privacy Policy explains what information Cabinet Happy ("we," "us") collects through this website, how we use it, and the choices you have. It applies only to this website, not to information we collect offline under a signed contract.
Information we collect
Information you give us. When you submit our quote request form, we collect the information you enter: your first and last name, phone number, email address, project type, city, and the project details you write in. You choose what to share, and only your first name and one way to reach you are required. If you call, text, or email us, we receive whatever you choose to share.
Information collected automatically. We do not use analytics, advertising pixels, or tracking tools. However, like almost every website, the company that hosts our site may automatically record basic technical information (such as your IP address, browser type, and the pages requested) in server logs to deliver the site and keep it secure.
Third-party content on our pages. Our Contact page shows an embedded Google Map, and our pages load fonts from Google Fonts. When these load, your browser connects to Google, which may receive your IP address and device information, and Google Maps may set its own cookies. See our Cookie Policy for details.
How we use your information
- To respond to your request, prepare a quote, and schedule visits.
- To perform and document any project you hire us for, and to keep records we are required to keep by law.
- To keep our website and form secure and prevent spam.
We do not use your information for marketing to you unless you separately ask us to, and we do not use automated decision-making or profiling.
How we share your information
We do not sell your personal information, and we do not share it for targeted or cross-context behavioral advertising. We only share information:
- With service providers that help us run this website and receive form submissions (for example, our website host and form-processing provider), who may use it only to provide those services to us;
- With Google, as described above, when the embedded map and fonts load in your browser;
- When required by law, to protect our rights or safety, or in connection with a sale or transfer of our business.
We do not share personal information with third parties for their own direct marketing purposes (California "Shine the Light," Civil Code §1798.83).
How long we keep it
We keep quote requests only as long as needed to respond and follow up. If you become a customer, we keep project records for as long as reasonably needed for warranty, tax, licensing, and legal purposes.
Your choices and requests
You can ask us to tell you what information we have about you from this website, to correct it, or to delete it, by contacting us using the information below. We will respond within a reasonable time. We may keep information we are legally required to keep.
Do Not Track and Global Privacy Control
We do not track visitors over time or across other websites, and we do not allow third parties to do so through our site for advertising. Because we don't track you, our site does not respond differently to "Do Not Track" or Global Privacy Control signals. Google may collect information as described above when its map or fonts load.
Children's privacy
This website is intended for adults planning home or business projects. It is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child has sent us information, contact us and we will delete it.
Security
We use reasonable measures to protect the information we receive. No website or internet transmission is completely secure, so please don't send sensitive information (such as financial account numbers) through our form.
Changes to this policy
If we change this policy, we will post the new version on this page and update the effective date at the top.

Cookies are small files a website can store in your browser. This page explains how cookies and similar technologies are used on our site.
Cookies we use
We don't set any cookies ourselves. We don't use analytics, advertising, retargeting, or social media tracking tools, and our site doesn't store information in your browser.

Cancellations & Refunds
Effective October 2, 2026
We don't sell anything directly through this website, and quotes are free, so there is nothing to refund for using the site. This page explains how cancellations and refunds work for projects we're hired to do.
Your written contract controls
Every project is covered by a written contract that spells out the price, payment schedule, materials, warranty, and cancellation terms. If anything on this page conflicts with your contract or with California law, your contract and the law control.
Your right to cancel (home improvement projects)
For home improvement projects, California law gives homeowners the right to cancel a home improvement contract. In most cases you can cancel until midnight of the third business day after you receive a signed and dated copy of the contract, or the fifth business day if you are 65 or older. Different time periods can apply in some situations, such as repairs after a declared disaster. Your contract will include a Notice of Cancellation explaining exactly how and when to cancel.
If you cancel within that period, we will return any payments you made as required by law. California's Contractors State License Board explains that contractors must return payments within 10 days of receiving a cancellation request.
Down payments
For home improvement contracts, any down payment will not exceed $1,000 or 10% of the contract price, whichever is less, as required by California law. Later payments follow the schedule in your contract and match the work completed.
Cancellations after the cancellation period
Our work is custom-built to your measurements and selections. If you cancel after the legal cancellation period, you may be responsible for the work completed and for custom materials already ordered or cut, as described in your contract. We will give you an itemized accounting and refund anything paid beyond those costs.
If something isn't right
If you have a concern about workmanship or materials, contact us first — we want to make it right, and your contract describes the warranty that applies. You also have the right to contact the Contractors State License Board at cslb.ca.gov ↗ (opens in a new tab) or 800-321-2752.
Commercial projects
Restaurant, office, and other commercial projects are governed by the terms of their written contract or purchase order.
